Management will keep you busy during busy season with very little to no days off, good if you motivated to keep learning on the job, building relationships with people on-site and making money.

Management does not check in on you when you have been working weeks on end, to see how you are doing mentally and emotionally. They also do not tell you when you work next when there are few jobs and not sure when you can get back to work.
