      From a reputed process oriented company to a Trading-like organization. Extremely unsecured environment. Highly Toxic Culture. Sales at any cost. Huge non compliance of the processes. Top leadership is hollow, biased, and arrogant.

      - Regional Managers are excellent

      Cons

      -Completely gone to AI techs can no longer take care of the customers properly -horrible merit increases - work load expanded each day with no extra pay -micromanager beyond anything ever seen - no trust in their employees and out numbers reflect that compared to a few years ago - minimal room for advancement even with hard work
