Pros
Flexible hours, good with taking time off for personal reason, near highways and easy to get to. Free coffee, water fountain, bbq in the summer and year end party with all included.
Cons
Regular screaming matches in the owner's office, high turn over, at the end of the day, it is their company and if you're not happy go somewhere else (speech given just before the Christmas party) no annual reviews given to let you know how you're doing. Upper management regularly fight with each other, then try to use the other employees to get back at each other. No sense that people care about the company except the owners.
