      -DPI is an excellent place to work! -The Machinery is Newer and the facility is clean. -The Ownership has a great vision on the future and is always advancing. They play a huge role in constantly making the company a better place to work for. -The staff is friendly and professional. -Comfortable atmosphere

      I don't have anything negative to say about this company other than the long commute I have.

      Pros

      Automation, robotics, two shot molding, insert molding, IMD, in house Automation Department and in house Mold Making Department. ISO13485 and growing.

      Cons

      Near Capacity with existing molding operation.

      Pros

      Coworkers are great to work with. Newer equipment and up to date facility. Upper management has always worked with me to balance family and work when life throws a curve ball.

      The commute from east county to north county.
