Tips are good during busy season.

8 hour shift with no breaks, no lunch area to sit and eat, management only cares about sales floor, slow season is crippling. Expected to eat on the go in between serving customers and tables. Minimum wage. BOH gets 100% food comp where as servers snd FOH only get 50%.
