Simply Awful - Customer Service Representative Displaysense Employee Review

Looking back it was always busy so the day went quickly. I liked the people I worked with and generally the managers were alright but there was one female manager I didn't get on with at all. Things were always changing when new products come in.

It was hard to know everything about products when people asked. There were so many items that we sold it was difficult to stay up to date.

I worked there for nearly 5 years and found that I learnt a lot during my time. The projects I worked on were fun and the team environment is actually better than it is in my new job! The company is genuinely focused on a great experience for the customer which I like. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

No particular cons that I can think of. Like in any company you have good moments and not so good moments!
