Pros
Coworkers are nice and have good banter despite the remote setting
Cons
Having worked at over seven tech companies of various sizes and across multiple industries, I can confidently say that the management here is problematic. The leadership team is disorganized, inconsistent, and often employs fear-based tactics, creating a challenging work environment. If you're considering a role in sales, marketing, or product, I strongly recommend re-evaluating your decision as the management is all the same. The management approach here lacks structure and respect for employees. There is no work-life balance, limited room for professional growth, and frequent disorganization. The onboarding process is non-standardized, and workplace politics are prevalent, despite the company being remote. The CEO, while personable, lacks clear direction, contributing to the overall dysfunction. While many of the employees are skilled and dedicated, the management's shortcomings overshadow their efforts. The company's issues are not typical startup challenges but rather indicative of poor leadership, lack of stability, and a product whose innovation has become stagnant.
