Monthly "Town Hall" meetings are a great opportunity for different departments/individuals to present various hot/current topics to all employees. It's also an open communication for Senior Management to communicate the "State of the Company" and for employees to ask any questions; part of the meeting is dedicated to recognition shout outs from anyone
