Good rapport with the youth. Good staff. Flexible. Good pay. Upbeat environment.

Can be mentally draining, given that you're working with youth who come from lots of different backgrounds, and who have different types of behavioral issues.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Warm, welcoming environment made work more enjoyable. Communication is fantastic, and staff keeps everything running in a well organized manner. Facilities are clean and neat and all equipment is in good working order. School sponsored activities and family literacy nights provide plenty of opportunities for community fellowship.

None... I enjoyed my time with this school and the wonderful people I worked with.
