Pros
There really isn't any structure or standards so if you're one to take advantage of the system, like most of the other office employees, this is the place for you.
Cons
It's a smaller company so they operate under the guise that everyone is "family" however unlike an actual family, if a situation or emergency arises that doesn't benefit them as a company you can be sure to expect a staff meeting when you're at your lowest point to discuss it further. Additionally, the company is out of CA so they don't do their due diligence in vetting their employees. For example, hiring a medical assistant who has never been a medical assistant and allowing them to give vaccines and medication without the appropriate certification. Rather than empowering their employees who show up every day and do their best, they enable the poor behavior of sub par (at best) employees. Expect to take on all responsibilities outside of your job description/scope because their administrative staff complain about having to fax and answer the phone (and management enables it).
