PTO, 401k match and only job I’ve ever worked where you aren’t actually expected to work 40 hours
Cons
Terrible “culture”. They claim to build one but there’s no substance to it. The people that get leadership roles know someone at the top vs getting the roles based on their skill set. Little to no development opportunities
