Was a great company - Account Manager Disc Makers Employee Review

Great company to work for in the music business.

Nothing comes to mind at all.

It was good pay. They were flexible about time off, sickness, etc. to a point.

They became "corporate" and the atmosphere is cold now. Nobody sees each other because we are all WFH, which is good and bad. Sales team promises things they can't deliver, Artists are expected to churn out things quickly. Printing is okay. it just feels like you are killing your soul.
