They are very employee minded. When they say you and your family come first, they actually mean it. Work is fast paced, but easy to work with everyone to get your job done.

If you need to have constant contact with your manager, you may have an issue. They very much let you work on your own and get your projects done.

Each day at DNI is a new challenge. No two days are status quo. You are constantly experiencing new situations that make you investigate and learn a new technique and possibly a new software. Every week a new virus or randsomeware rears its head, and you get to learn first hand how to stop it before it becomes an issue on a network, pc, or phone.

Some projects are long and challenging, but it is great to see the end result of a project coming to fruition.
