-Hybrid model -Flexible hours depending on your team -On site cafe -Very nice fitness center
Cons
-AI over people, literally let a whole team go and expected ai to replace them which did not go well -Constant addition of new responsibilities, when asked if we would receive better pay we got scoffed at -No room for growth as upper management would rather keep failing but complacent workers, watched many valuable partners have to leave because of it. -Low pay for job responsibilities -Every other department has to bend over backwards to appease sales -CEO is creepy and feels like a cult leader with cardboard cutouts of himself in every builing
