They try to be recruitment agency. They find a online job, try to invite desperate people to job interview pretending that they own the agreement with end-client. In reality, they don't distinguish basic employment facts, such as difference between contractual workers and permanent employees. They haven't established network among suppliers, and have no clue who is who on the market. Very non professional staff, no waiting rooms, just just wait in the dark of dark corridor in a building that's half residential half business. Looks like late-night accomodation. Scary !
