Pros
The job itself is rewarding and not too difficult, pay is above average, and the schedule is nice
Cons
Pretty much everything else, where to start? -Staffing issues to the point where I get anxiety just coming to work because I am always worried that people have already called out and I will be coming into a mess or that people won't show up and that we will be understaffed for my whole shift -Management seems to be pretty disengaged, they will tell you they are working to fix a problem (i.e. staffing), but never actually do it, they say just enough to get you off their back -Management also seems too scared to discipline repeat offenders for attendance, which leads to those people continuing that behavior, which then leads to continued frustration from the other employees that have to deal with the fallout of those that didn't show up.
