Pros

Hands down the culture and work EXPERIENCE! It’s an agency so prepare to be on your toes everyday. If fast pace isn’t your vibe then this is NOT the place for you. First off, the culture. Since leaving DA I’ve had two different job opportunities it big corporations and it doesn’t compare to this place. Some of my closest personal relationships are from either DA alums or still there. There’s a unity feeling there that I couldn’t and still can’t find in the workplace. Many of my professional “cheerleaders” are from DA and the network really grows if YOU put an effort. Now to work experience, I truly felt sometimes I was overworked and overstressed but when I say this truly prepares you for whatever you decide comes next. The things you learn here will put you ahead of the game. You will hate it in real time but you’ll be learning things beyond your role and expertise. I think that’s a plus of an agency experience.

Cons

The pressure you get from management and the constant changes/requests. Expectations can be very intense but I mean it really preps you for anything.

Pros

The team was decent enough overall, I suppose. Benefits were acceptable, nothing more.

Cons

- There is absolutely no real learning culture here, and despite staying for years, there was no meaningful development at any point. - Work consists of being assigned tasks, completing them, and repeating the same cycle with no mentorship or growth direction. - Any discussion about career progression gets brushed off with vague promises that never lead anywhere. - People remain stuck in the same roles for years, doing repetitive work with no sign of improvement or change. - The company talks about investing in employees, but there is no structure, no plan, and no follow through to support actual growth. - It becomes clear over time that employee development is not treated as a priority at all. - Many end up leaving simply because staying offers no real future or advancement opportunities.
