There are some truly great people working here.
Cons
They are massively cost cutting right now, expecting you to do more with less resources and time. Big rounds of redundancies going on at the coal face yet every week it seems they are advertising a new head of this or chief of that with a 6 figure salary. There will be no one left to do the actual work soon just a lot of highly paid senior people. There is no emphasis on people or culture. They are just desperate to turn the company around so push and push until people break. Poor managers in place who's only job seems to be to keep CEO happy and don't care about the wellbeing of their teams. CEO seems to think the only way is her way and woe betide anyone who disagreed or tries to innovate. Gone very downhill over years and is an awful place to work right now. The top 100 employers is a joke, I don't know a single person who is happy working here at the moment.
