      Supportive National Vice President until the reorg which was not deserved.

      My position was eliminated even though I was above plan in each category while others were not and still employed.

      Pros

      The software products you develop will help real people get on with life. At the same time, work-life balance is highly encouraged, and benefits are decent. Small teams allow for agility.

      Cons

      In a well-established industry, there is a limit to the scope, complexity, and challenge of the problems you'll be solving. Priorities sometimes seem shortsighted.
