      Good commission structure Good support from management Lots of room for growth Learnt alot of new skills

      Cons

      Late finishes sometimes due to client requirements, but I guess that's normal when working part time. Manager always helped in this situation if it arose and could take time back.

      Pros

      Digitex has a beautifully coordinated work environment where everybody works together towards the same goal. Everyone is very friendly and understanding here. Hard work and responsible employees get their due recognition and appreciation in this company, which is rare these days.

      Cons

      Strict work timings but the HR is very understanding and can help you sort things out during any personal emergency.
