4yThank you for the feedback. In the history of our company, we had to make difficult decisions of letting someone go due to performance issues or unaccepted behavior that violates company policies. Company takes hard decision in those cases after couple of warnings over a period of time. As per the employment contract, in such cases, company is not required to serve full notice period of 30 days. However, we have paid everyone up to their last working day.
