Pros

It is a small team, but the people are great. The leadership is very committed and transparent. We have a clear plan for 2017 and we are actually staying committed to it. We do awesome work and everyone is striving to get better everyday.

Cons

It is small. It would be nice if we were a little larger, but not too much.

Pros

Many companies say: - they have a "fun like Google" healthy work environment - are super passionate about the work they do - employees are their number one priority - there are huge growth opportunities for the taking - they have generous benefits, compensation, trainings, etc. - you get the point... But, you're reading this review for a reason and I'd venture to guess that you share my point of view: you rarely find companies that hold true to these traits, let alone any of these traits. While we aren't the size of Google and there is no free food as we work remote, I can honestly say everything listed above and more holds true for DSP. Leadership listens, takes your feedback and implements. Teammates strive for the best, take valuable time to have honest conversations and know the importance of learning. Benefits, unlimited flexible time off, compensation, etc. are the best I've seen and annual personal growth plans are required by leadership. If you love what you do, can't settle for the status quo and want to work with smart, and equally passionate people, look no further.

Cons

- Working remote can be a bit of a challenge if you tend to be more of a social butterfly and/or aren't experienced in self-maintaining work life balance. - Team is small so you may have to get creative to effectively collaborate
