Pros
The only real upside is that you can learn the ropes and kick start your career here but only in the short-term. There’s no commitment to your long-term growth.
Cons
I’ve been extremely disappointed with Digital Resource. Over the past few months they’ve fired a huge number of employees, many of whom had dedicated years of service, due to what they claim was “a mistake.” It’s unacceptable that the CEO continues to treat people like disposable assets instead of human beings. And if you’ve seen any glowing reviews lately, don’t be fooled: they’re written by the remaining staff, pressured to post positive feedback. Beware that this agency values profits over people, I’ve also heard that remote workers are paid extremely poorly, given the same workload as those of us in the office, and that they used to receive only 5 days of vacation when everyone else had 12 days.
