1)Quality of the work is great (more learning) 2)free snacks in the evening 3)free lunch on Friday,Saturday (and sundays too **if you are working) 4)flexible timing 5)no politics
Cons
1)zero work life balance{very difficult to get leaves/Saturdays working and no (paid) leaves during probation (first 6/12 months of employment)} 2)ambiance (no AC , CRT monitors etc) 3)dynamic management!!!(most important) WARNING!!! Go through the offer letter thoroughly before joining (DO NOT JOIN WITHOUT GETTING AN OFFER LETTER IN HAND).These people trick employee's promising to give Offer letter on DOJ but then on DOJ you wont get offer letter, they extend days .And things promised during the interview are changed!! Finally you will be offered a job with more conditions and restrictions than before(like bond and heavy bond amount to pay if you leave, no (paid) leaves during probation etc) that were not at all mentioned during the interview period even after inquiring about them in particular. Left with no other options you have to accept it . So don't fall prey to these tricks!!
