Working here as a Customer Care Executive was not a pleasant experience. While the initial work environment seemed decent and the job helped me develop communication and customer-handling skills, the management’s behavior and post-resignation process were extremely disappointing. After resigning, the company failed to clear my final salary and did not issue my experience certificate, even after several reminders. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect toward employees. There was no proper HR support, and transparency in internal processes was missing.The HR department was extremely rude and uncooperative, often resorting to bullying behavior instead of offering support or clear communication. Such treatment made the entire experience stressful and disappointing. Employees dedicate their time and effort to contribute to a company’s growth, and the least they deserve is fair treatment and acknowledgment of their work. Sadly, this organization does not value its staff or follow ethical practices. I would not recommend anyone to join unless major management changes are made.
