      Relaxed work conditions, co-workers save you from the half retail job if you like your co-workers. Occasionally you get to save peoples data and they are happy people.

      Cons

      Underpaid. Easy to feel like you know more then management. No reward for knowledge or hard work. No business metrics or goals for the business or yourself.

      Pros

      Great work culture, everyone works together to knock out the more difficult issues. Prices are very reasonable. Customers always come first.

      Pros

      Very relaxed work environment. Liked all my co-workers. Learned a lot on the job working hands-on with computers and phones

      Cons

      Only downside was due to business reasons the pay was capped decently low but was understandable.
