Location and benefits are decent.

Honestly, if you have anxiety & bills to pay this is not the environment for you. I’ve witness 4 employees get laid off because of bias unjust reasons. After working here for 6 months, I’ve witnessed peer employees report to HR over other employees and within a week or two, that particular employee is fired. Most of the time it’s unjust opinions of just one employee and then that employee rallies up other to report as well. So unfair once since adults have bills on the line. Most of the time I think women are targeted because men fear them getting higher positions. I even noticed discrimination against queer employees. I even gathered that HR will haunt our employee’s social media pages for unjust reason to support their “claims” that they will not elaborate on.

Salary, benefits, easy work.

Employees harass others, use racial slurs, offer prescription drugs, and totally run management. Management does whatever the "popular crowd" wants, giving in to any and every demand. I have seen multiple people fired from here for being independent and not controlled by the in-crowd's demands, or plainly, just not being liked enough. If the popular crowd doesn't like you, they will have you fired. A bunch of high school bullies and I can only hope that I am not the next one to be let go for whatever superficial reason. I'll have to appease them until I can find a new job to get out of here.
