No work life balance
The CEO will have run with whatever wild idea he wants without thinking it through. Just laid off almost everyone on my team and now we are struggling to stay afloat. Every week our team health is critical and it’s never addressed.
The CEO will micromanage you and later try to defend it by saying you don’t understand the big picture.
No one from the VPs/c-suite actually had decent experience in what they’re doing so everything is on the fly and poorly thought through.
No formal HR department so everything related to that is always a hot mess as well.
