the CEO is a very bad person, and the management way beyond being in a software company and more to a underground factories as it is all it's goal is to take every thing they can form workers and give them the least of the least of their rights, and when you decide to leave the company u see the true face of the CEO which is pure evil. they simply make offers to junior and mid engineers from aqaleem to give them way blow average salaries, then after the three months period they tell them that their performance was not good and they will down their salaries from 15 to 25 %, then these engineers after one or more years of hard work start asking for a suitable salaries, they the management start the pushing against that making them resign, then these engineers find that there was no social ensure or taxes payed for them and in cases no contract, then the management start this cycle over and over.
