Pros
The company has built good connection with well-known clients and all staff will have opportunity to handle large-scaled projects even if they just join the company. Colleagues are all friendly and willing to share experience if needed.
Cons
The poor management always stresses staff out significantly. Plus, it cause a lot of unnecessary work. Instead of leading the company to success, the poor management style holds it back. The culture of micro-management shows disrespect to employees personal lives and overlooks the employees growth all the time. Also, it is a taboo if the staff voice out for some feedbacks towards the higher level. They may view it as a personal attack rather than a personal favour. If the company can’t hear constructive feedback, it can’t improve definitely.
