I've been with the company for over two years and have learned a lot during that time. The team is supportive, and managers generally trust employees to take ownership of their work. There are challenges, but that's also what helped me develop new skills and gain confidence in my role.

No major concerns. Like any organization, there is always room to improve internal processes and cross-team coordination, but overall my experience has been positive.
