Cons
Really bad management. Highly unprofessional CEO and COO. CEO spending 45 lacs of company revenue on foreign trips but got 0 international brands. No HR control in the company. All the HR decisions are also made by the management. HR is just for the sake of filling a position. Good People are not retained and they higher expensive resources from other companies which eventually leave the agency within 6 months. The employees who are working from last 3+ years are given very low hike in salary. Job role is not specific. Any employee could be asked to do extra work for someone else whether it is sales, pitch, finance, etc.
