In relation to compensation, DigiCert utilizes several industry-leading market reports to ensure that our compensation is competitive in the locations we operate in and for the variety of roles our people hold. We also operate a strong pay-for-performance approach that allows our high performers to gain additional compensation recognition. However, we know that we can always do more for our people and will continue to review our compensation programs.
Employee Well-being is a key priority for us, particularly in mental health. We have a number of programs that support our employees in this area such as market-leading health insurances with a strong emphasis on mental wellbeing; an Employee Assistance Program that provides support for our employee and their family members; our Headspace benefit which was introduced recently, paid time off policies to support our people, etc.
