Pros
-vacation time is exceptional -commute isn't bad if you're in Nassau county -sometimes there's food (mainly carbs but they help) -a lot of funny, nice, talented people (most have left). the alumni are amazing and will help you move on though -good place to start entry level and bounce after a year or so, just for a resume item and to save meager money living with your parents.
Cons
-one megalomaniac founder who is hell bent on buying every garbage company on Long Island with employee bonus money, while his extremely socially inept cofounder makes sure you know his Hamptons house built on shady business is finally almost finished -high school levels of secrets and gossip. Count on any constructive feedback you have to get leaked/laughed at/dismissed. -HR is MIA except for the above bullet -no growth, low cash flow, no training, no reviews -poor mid level management. I have no clue what a majority of the ego maniac VPs do except yell and sell business we can't follow through on. the other review on this page is a perfect example of the oblivious attitude they have -no strategy except "pitch"-- client turnaround is quicker than any I've experienced, and it's not surprising. We don't even practice a lot of the "best practices" we preach
