The work is steady and they pay is never late. The people are decent to work with. Management "OK"

Mgmt members not getting along. When asked to do something by other than my direct supervisor I was put in difficult position. Risk irritating my supervisor or the other. It was a no win. Plant super hot in summer and cold in winter. No real outside the box thinking. No incentive for improvement. No encouragement, no "good thinking" no nothing but mess up once and BAM!
