Distinct Nepotism attempted to be veiled - Senior Consultant Dialog Information Technology Employee Review

Some account managers who have been there for decades are pure bullies. No HR, no care for people. Almost 4 years with them, helping win multiple bids & being told in 2-3 performance reviews i performed excellently, yet still not a single cent increase. Distinct nepotism is evident, yet management think staff are blind to it. They rather hire someone else and pay far less. Trusting staff is a foreign concept some account managers are unfamiliar with.
