One thing that I enjoy are the Lunch & Learning sessions that encourage growth. Team members are respectful, humble, and eager to share knowledge of new developments.

Office space feels a bit tight as the team expands

I liked my manager, and also the people I worked with. It’s a startup but it’s got the pillars in place. I also enjoyed the efforts the organization makes to keep employees connected.

Diality lacks clear strategy. While it’s true that startup organizations move fast, and are more willing to take risks, but in a regulated environment, one needs to be more thoughtful.
