Some of the Diageo Departments and Entities have great atmosphere, ability to work on your own initiative and spend a huge amount of money on celebrations. If you want you have plenty of opportunities to gain a lot of knowledge trough trainings.
Cons
It's hard to move up in your career, it's easier for Externals to jump into Senior Position than to be promoted from Lower Level Position. Also very political, if your Line Manager doesn't want or can't help you out to get a higher Level Role you won't get it. They let some very good and talented people go.
