Pros
Dexis really promotes the development of its staff. Associates and managers alike are given ample opportunities to explore and learn. Fun atmosphere with very intelligent but entertaining colleagues.
Cons
Long hours (but normal for development industry), lots of individual responsibility (if you want to grow), and limited benefits (but getting better every year).
