Pros

The culture is a breath of fresh air—totally positive and supportive without the typical corporate fluff. It’s a very open, collaborative environment where you can build genuine, unscripted relationships with your clients rather than dealing with rigid, clinical processes.

Cons

We deal with massive global accounts and pretty complex tech solutions, so aligning different internal teams across regions can feel like a lot of moving parts. You have to be super agile and on top of your communication game to keep everything on track.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that you find our culture to be a positive, supportive environment where you can build genuine, collaborative relationships. Keeping things authentic and open is a huge part of who we are. We also appreciate your perspective on the fast-paced nature of our work. Staying aligned and communicative across multiple teams takes real effort and agility, and we are always looking for ways to streamline collaboration and better support our people as they navigate those moving parts.

Pros

Quick opportunity to get promoted if you have the right mentorship and accounts. Honestly really nice employees (cross-functionally) and people are willing to help you. A good place to dip your toes in as a young hire, KPI's are fairly easily but some of the director's are a bit micro-managey.

Cons

In our office - we had 3 Managing Directors and 3 VP's in 3 years with two rounds of layoffs (enterprise wide.) The largest gap in the company is their leadership is so disconnected from the producers and what you truly need to do to succeed in sales. They run on a lot of enterprise accounts which makes it hard as a young sales person to connect with tenured sales people, who haven't truly sold or broken into accounts in some time. Additionally, there are lots of corporate politics and people in leadership that overshare other leaders dirty laundry with young sales folks, making it a bit of an uncomfortable place to be in. I think this place is a good starting zone for a career but it is not the place to be if you are a hustler and want to truly grow as a sales professional.
