      Pros

      Benefits, growth & development, the compressed schedule (12hr shifts) allows for more days off, pay and the people especially the 1B shift. The Supervisors & Leads are great even if you don't report to them they are all friendly.

      Cons

      The parking at shift change is terrible.

      Pros

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

      Company seems to have grown faster than the leadership … many of the leaders grew up at Dexcom and the company is bigger
