- Good benefits - Supportive team - Device helps a lot of people and it feels that you are doing something good
Cons
- Stark varying wages - Depending on the supervisor and if they like you, you may do amazing or forever be stuck on the phone with no projects - Processes vary depending which person you ask - If you work hard you will get to work a lead or supervisor job just without the appropriate thanks or wage raise. Probably also without any promotion - Projects get scrapped as soon as it gets busy on the lines - Unless a supervisor, taking calls will be everyone's priority and if German speaking there is rarely a break
