      Pros

      They hired immediately. They convert lots of workers to permanent.

      Cons

      No rotation and stuck doing same position all day, difficult to escalate things to management. Very sore after working.

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding
