Pros
Dexcom Cares about their employees and has done a wonderful job in keeping us safe during this pandemic. I would state that 90% of the people who work at Dexcom are willing to help each other succeed. It's a Team effort. The employees also love what we are doing and care about our customers.
Cons
Some long hours, but rewarding.
