With growth comes endless opportunities. Promotes from within. Employee-input is valued highly. HR actually cares about their employee groups.
Cons
Geared towards rapid growth which may be daunting to some employees. Change is constant, but typical with a company growing so quickly. A lot of entry-level positions start off as temporary.
