Pros
Loved the team environment. The only reason I gave them more than 1 star is because somehow management found enough supervisors in charge of hiring that know how to build an amazing team and support them.
Cons
Upper management lacks connection with employees. Major outsourcing more than 10% of the company goes to the Philippines and Mexico. Lay-offs and restructuring galore. Puts the all-mighty dollar above customers and their care or consideration.
