Stock is no longer given to all staff so your neighbor who does the same job as you has stock and you don't. They pay heavily on a Salary basis. The is literally no parking, they give you a map of the surrounding area and have you trek it - no shuttle. The employees do not smile as they pass you in the hallways, seems there is a lack of unity outside your immediate group. Salaried employees are over-worked. No Microwave ovens are allowed so your bring it from home lunch must be microwaved (yuck!). There is no on-site cafeteria, but a food truck and a vending area.
