Regarding our PTO policy, we strive for a balanced approach to ensure low wait times, compliant speed-to-answer, and manageable workloads for our team. While we aim to approve time-off equitably, busy periods might pose challenges when PTO can be more difficult to approve. These times are communicated in advance for better planning. It’s unfortunate to learn that you did not have a positive experience with this process.
Member Service Guide as a department is proud to be a collaborative and welcoming environment. With various slack channels, our goal is to provide a virtual space so that employees who wish to connect on their personal lives can do so. We regret that your experience didn't meet this expectation.
Our department's objectives align closely with our mission, which calls for maintaining high standards due to federal regulations. We recognize this can be demanding and offer stress reduction programs, including live and recorded classes, Lyra Benefit, and the Calm App. Feedback shows 97% of participants found these helpful.
We also aim to provide growth opportunities through our tiering system, supporting both professional and financial advancement.
