      Pros

      They respect your work/life balance, and encourage you to use your PTO.

      Cons

      They know the product is failing: everyone capable is trying to jump ship as fast as possible. Massive, continuous rounds of layoffs/RIF’s. The new management and his team have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. Negative morale among those few who are still there. The brand is so negative among the market that no one even knows why they remain.
