      Amazing 100% remote company that bridges the gap between U.S. companies and a large pool of Latin American talent, giving great opportunities to Latin American professionals and offering amazing deals to U.S. companies.

      Cons

      Since it is a mid-size company that is still growing in a competitive world, it is not so well known, but it has a lot of potential.

      Pros

      They always keep me busy with very interesting projects. I like that the owners really care about us as employees and they are involved. One of the highlights is that they really enjoy helping their community and help at great scale in the Ed Tech industry.

      Cons

      They are a 100% remote company. I am a mixture of an introvert-extrovert and sometimes would like to have the option to go into an office.
